Is there etiquette for wearing pearls? That question was answered with a no. Today, you can wear pearls of any size with any outfit ranging from T-shirts to formal dresses. It was and still is the tradition that bigger pearls go with the more casual wear while the smaller pearls are more worn with formal dresses. The fact remains that the pearl is always a good accessory to wear during Christmas parties.

Diamonds are said to be the girls best friend but it is the pearl that can make her glow like a moonlight. It is the mystery behind every pearl that allures most women. It is in their luster perhaps. Maybe perhaps they are taken from the bottom of the sea.

Perhaps it is tradition again or etiquette that dictates pearls to be always worn in odd number of strands. In other words, do not use a single strand of pearl but wear a triple strand or more. Pearl in strands of opera length may be wrapped multiple times around the neck or tied across the shoulder to a plain black cocktail dress strap. That would be an interesting statement.
