Finding And buying Croc Shoes

I remember it like it was yesterday. The first time I tried on a pair of Crocs. It was like being hit by a wave of comfort. I didn’t want to stop walking around the store. I was in disbelief. I had been wearing tennis shoes for comfort all my life, but those couldn’t even hold a candle to the amount of comfort I was currently feeling in that pair of Crocs. But, I wasn’t always this open to wearing Crocs.

From the first time I slipped a pair on my feet, I did a complete 180 and fell in love right then and there. I started looking at them, trying them on every where I saw them. But I still didn’t buy a pair, because I couldn’t get over the design and the colors. I was holding back because I knew there was no way I would wear them in public.

Then, a few months later, as I was browsing a local shoe store, I came across the shoe that would change my life. The Mary Jane style Crocs. I once again tried them on, adn immediately knew I had to have them. I searched through the boxes to find my size and color, and then ran up to the cashier to pay for them. I put them on as soon as I got into the car, and then sat there smiling for a good five minutes before I drove away. I finally found the perfect shoe. Comfort and style. My feet have been thanking me ever since.

I kept up my crocs crusade though. Looking at every pair, still trying to convince myself the original style wasn’t so bulky looking. Then I see it, the holy grail of comfortable shoes, there, in the higher end store, on display was a shoe that was fashionable, trendy looking, and not bulky at all… and to top it off, it was lableed Crocs brand. I tried a few on wondering what other croc styles were out there.

I was almost in disbelief that they were Crocs. It definitely had the comfort all Crocs wearers have come accustomed to, but these were very fashionable. I tried on a few different pairs, and my curiosity began to amount. I wondered just how many other styles of Crocs were there.

Now all I have to do is slip on my Hanalei, Rio, or Postiano’s and look pulled together and no one will ever know that my feet are wrapped in luxurious comfort and not screaming from being pinched together in some hard, inflexible shoe.
